Experience the calming and rejuvenating benefits of YIN FLOW YOGA, focusing on slow, deep stretches and mindful breathing techniques. YIN FLOW classes start with Sun Salutations and breathing into the asanas and vinyasas with meditative awareness and focused attention. YIN FLOW is not like restorative, but actively and intentionally practicing both Yin and Yang postures with an emphasis on alignment, breathing and hands-on adjustments as needed (60 min).
Somatic Yoga is a deeply restorative practice with guided slow, mindful movements to release chronic tension, open new pathways and improve overall body awareness. Group classes will explore simple movements and sequences that promotes relaxation, range of motion, while releasing tension in the fascia and joints of the body. Learn how to pause and encourage space, breathe more deeply, release tension and calm the nervous system.
Private 1:1 healing sessions combining Alexander Technique and Craniosacral therapeutic hands-on integrative table work. After the session you will feel organized and relaxed, and awaken a greater understanding of how to eliminate unnecessary tension and stress throughout your day. (60 min)
